Yesterday I went running with my brother. And we didn't stop and I needed a rest badly, but we didnt get it anyways, today, my muscles HURT SOO BAD!! should I continue to exercise, or give myself a time out and plz explain and be specific. Thankx in advance!! =)

You just overdid it. Give it a couple of days and then go back to exercising. When you do, don't keep going beyond what's comfortable for you. You have to work up to a higher level and rushing it creates problems. When you over work muscles you get pain which is caused by lactic acid buildup in the muscle. Drink plenty of water to flush it out. massage can also help but keep drinking water because sometimes a massage moves so many toxins out of the muscle so fast it makes you nauseous and gives you a headache. It won't last long so keep drinking the water and you'll be fine.

Muscles were damaged. Need to rest them (only light work intensity) until pain subsides. If you work them hard before they heal you end up breaking them down more and causing them to actually become weaker instead of stronger. You dont want scar tissue and chronic pain syndromes. Which is what you get from continued microtrauma and not letting the body repair correctly.

you have to stretch before you start exercising to prevent sports injuries.
you dont have to stop- just stretch next time.
