after my bath(Hot water with aroma oil),I'm drink ed alcohol Cox good for relaxing..like cocktail,glass of wine also can of beer is better.And my favorite is red wine,I'm put teaspoon of honey.Is good for skin and body.

you can get them premade at the grocery stores.
and that green tea/ginsing stuff tastes great, it also comes in black tea,, even more caffeine.
