Pronounced approximately "Urm pah-ray roh ," it means "I'm sorry." Literally, "To me it is bad; " "rau" means bad and is a cognate with Spanish reo meaning "criminal." They both come from Latin reus, "guilty.". Imi pare bine is the opposite. It means "I'm fine."
