you all that take me seriously have REAL problems... I have stated once before my questions are not serious questions,(except when i ask for help on what to eat) yet I still receive death threats... can't you all lighten up and take jokes?...

I can take a joke, depending on the intent of the person making it. I've heard some hilarious religious humor, and I see nothing wrong with it. The one about the Pentacostal dog trainer cracks me up just thinking about it.
But when the person's intent is to mock God and blaspheme my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, then the so-called "joke" ceases to be funny. It's anti-religious prejudice trying to disguise itself as humor.
Edit:
That still doesn't justify sending someone hate mail and death threats, however. I just want to clarify that I do NOT approve or condone such behavior, and I'm sorry you've received that kind of garbage mail.

Here are some observations about jokes.
Most of the humor is in the delivery. The printed word has no capability of conveying ironic tone of voice, amusement or any other emotion.
Advice: Do a disclaimer first. Then we'll know your intentions.
BTW anyone who does death threats on Y!A is in need of some real help.

Kad: I'm with you - we ALL need to "lighten up" a bit. I know, that I need to laugh more and cast my fears, doubts and worries into the hands of God. We get weighed-down by life and begin to look to ourselves for solutions -then, we see ourselves as limited and begin to become burdened and our ability to laugh and be joyful is impaired.

if you get death threats your doing something right all i got was told to f myself when some lady asked about welfare checks and i told her get a job
