Whenever life gets you down, Mrs. Brown
And things seem hard or tough
And people are stupid, obnoxious or daft
And you feel that you've had quite enu-hu-hu-huuuuff

Just remember that you're standing on a planet that's evolving
And revolving at 900 miles an hour
That's orbiting at 19 miles a second, so it's reckoned
A sun that is the source of all our power
The sun and you and me, and all the stars that we can see
Are moving at a million miles a day
In an outer spiral arm, at 40,000 miles an hour
Of the galaxy we call the Milky Way

Our galaxy itself contains 100 billion stars
It's 100,000 light-years side-to-side
It bulges in the middle, 16,000 light-years thick
But out by us it's just 3000 light-years wide
We're 30,000 light-years from galactic central point
We go round every 200 million years
And our galaxy is only one of millions of billions
In this amazing and expanding universe

The universe itself keeps on expanding and expanding
In all of the directions it can whiz
As fast as it can go, at the speed of light you know
Twelve million miles a minute and that's the fastest speed there is
So remember, when you're feeling very small and insecure
How amazingly unlikely is your birth
And pray that there's intelligent life somewhere up in space
Because there's bugger all down here on Earth

Just remember that it is always darkest just before the dawn. No matter how difficult you perceive something to be, chances are there's something as bad as or even worse that is waiting for you somewhere down the line. Take whatever it is that is bothering you and put it out of you mind for a few hours. If it's something you have no control over, then completely ignore it. If it's something you can do something about, then do it.

Morning will be here soon. Hold onto that.

Believe....that this too shall pass. I know that it sounds trite but it is so true. All of the things we worry about and are saddened by will pass. Life is an ever changing circle. Just know that your pain and confusion will be replaced eventually and hang in there.

Try to think about the positive things in your life or the positive things you will strive for. Make plans. Having a goal is sometimes just what we need to get ourselves moving in a new direction.

Sorry that you are having a bad night. When I have one I try to focus on all of the joy and beauty in life and remember that tomorrow is a new day.

I like nature. It's very comforting.

When I'm depressed, I look up beautiful sunset pictures and pictures of beaches and mountians and waterfalls and gardens and flowers...

Blessings and I hope you have a better day, my dear.

(I do free tarot readings, if you're interested. I'm good at setting ones mind at ease, even if you only do it for entertainment purposes:))

Gardening is my favorite thing to do when i'm upset. Also something i hold on kind of close to. Reminds me how beautiful life is and that you can make things that grow and become life. Kind of like your little creation.

There is hope, The God who created this World and everything on it is in control, even though at times it doesn't feel like He is. "For God so loved the World that He gave His One and only Son(God made man) that whoever believes in him shall have everlasting life" You have to take the first step of faith which sometimes seems rediculous or silly but once you do I assure you you''ll never want to turn away-- there is hope! God loves you! He is pleased with you! e-mail me at klaire.elizabeth@gmail.com if you like (in the meantime you can visit www.needhim.org)
