It's the craxiest thing I've ever seen. He hits the light pole, falls flat on his butt, and then gets back up and rings my doorbell again. It's been going on for nearly two hours. I called the police, but they told me that he's the President and he can do it all he wants.

maybe because he knows you or your relatives and is trying to get back at you for something, is trying to have fun, or goes hyper, and tries to show other people that he is a fun person. That is pretty unbelievable!!!!
