builder of Islam would probably be "conditor religionis mahometanae"
A better word for builder here would be founder, which is "conditor" in Latin.
destroyer of Islam - perditor religionis mahometanae
"Destroyer" can be conveyed by a few words. "Perditor" is as good as the next.
To the answerer below - it's a linguistic question, not a religious one. And as for your assertion that I "can't" use the phrase "builder of Islam," I would answer that I just did - and in two languages, no less.
Re "Islamismi": I don't see any reason why one should resort to neo-Latin when there's a perfectly good medievalism that's available.

Religion of Islam is a gift for Humanity from God so u cant use the word Builder of Islam.
Prophet Muhammad PBUH was the last messanger of God who Preached Islam so he was Teacher or messanger not the Builder.
Destroyer of islam, As i explained that its a religion from GOD so no one can destroy
U can use word Anti/Against Islam

CONDITOR ISLAMISMI (builder of Islam)
PERDITORISLAMISMI (or VASTATOR ISLAMISMI) translates destroyer of Islam.
re translation of "of Islamic" it's a Neo-Latin world since obviously Islam was not existing at Romans times
