It's in the Book of Ephisians, ch 5:16.... Paul was writing from jail in Rome while in chains, probably nude, cold, in a dark and dank subteranean jail cell. Knowing his days were comming to an end, he(Paul) is more aware of the importance of his time and the time others have left here on earth before Jesus' return and the need to convert more souls.
