BECAUSE ... she has purchased everything for the child, the father has STOLEN Everything that she has provided for the child (and never returned one thing), and now ...
SICK and tired of the father's theft of property, his unwillingness to provide for the child, the forced visitations (and his erractic behaviors), the fact that SHE has paid for ALL the clothing that the father has stolen and retained for many, many months (and years),
It is NO WONDER that she is UNWILLING to provide ANYTHING else while the child is on visitation with this father.
It is survival -- there needs to be some way to hold that FATHER responsible for PROVIDING someTHING for the child when the child is on visitation (or even when he is with the custodial parent).

because she probably doesn't want the child with the father (common custody issues) so keeping something that the child's needs for everyday life so the father will have to send the child back home ...Try buying the child a set of clothes that stay at the fathers house and a set that stay the mothers house...

Maybe she had something to do or maybe it's clear that she still holds a bit of resentment towards the father. Why didn't the father go to the mother's house and pick it up if he knows the child has school in the morning?

have you ever forgotten to deliver outfits back? i understand each and every each and every now and then human beings will do this in the time of that case. If it occurred as quickly because it may desire to of been a mistake yet while it incredibly is occurring back and back properly it incredibly is needless to say intentional. Have there been arguments at present is it out of spite?

Look she is just being spiteful. I knew a woman who wouldnt send shoes with her kids, so then the father had to buy them. She was hopeing it would piss him, rise above it. Buy your kids whatever they need to be comfortable and stuff the ex. Its not about her its about doing the best for the kids.l
