I just started a small business but I don't expect to have income for a while,do I need to file quarterly tax?

With the IRS. Or can I file at the end of the year since I will have no income. It is a sole proprietorship.

The first year you are not required to. If you want to pay extra then pay it to your personal 1040 and then when you file your taxes your accountant will sort it out for you!
