I am starting the Weight Watchers diet and I was wondering what the safest diet pill would be for me to take while on this diet to help me lose weight faster

none . all pills are scams . you must get up off your lazy buttocks and exercise . try a walk around the block .

None. The whole point of Weight Watchers is that you don't take pills, you learn how to eat healthy and exercise and that lasts a lifetime. You didn't put on the weight quickly, don't expect to take it off quickly.

Thre are diet pills that work, but I would have to say that if your BMI isnt over 27 its probably not worth your time. They are great motivators as the pounds can come of quickly.
I think you realize that if you dont change your lifestyle you will gain the weight back when you quit.
