Uh, what the heck is "atheist faith"?
Faith = belief without evidence.
Atheism = nonbelief in gods, for lack of evidence.
It's not "faith" that keeps atheists from religious indoctrination, it's a skeptical mindset that asks for evidence when the religious folks trot out some rather extraordinary claims.

I take issue with your characterization of atheism being a faith. I wouldn't even call it "atheism", but simply common sense. Are we going to make a religion out of common sense now? What is it with religion? The church has had over 2,000 years to show its stuff, and what do we get? "Holy" Crusades, Inquisitions, Auto-da-fes, Torquemada, pederast priests. Nice. It's time for a paradigm shift because this religious mumbo jumbo is really getting old. God, people, grow up. And I use the term "God" merely as a figure of speech and to illustrate how even atheists like myself, as you have now doubt guessed by now, are indoctrinated with this do goody-good nonsense.
What pains me the most is the young minds that put forth this nonsense as if they "knew" this mythical crap for fact. I don't blame them, I blame their indoctrinators, who should know better. Shame on them.

Well, first, atheism isn't a faith. It is just a belief that there isn't a god of any sort. So yes, I suppose that the belief that there is no god would be pretty good protection from religious indoctrination.

Indoctrination: practise someone to settle for doctrines uncritically. (courtesy of a dictionary) that does no longer mean "I wasn't indoctrinated because i'm Protestant yet my dad and mom are Catholic." You were indoctrinated to have self assurance in a god, with none risk to mission that doctrine. "My adventure became that i became baptized as an infant, instructed from the very initiate that God existed, loved me, and became to be both worshiped and relied on..." ^ it extremely is indoctrination^ perception in a god isn't mandatory; if left to imagine for your self and in no way effect by technique of a faith you does no longer attain a similar conclusions about God. imagine you're a 5-12 months-previous back, being raised in a Christian domicile. What do you imagine ought to take position you suggested, "mom, Dad, i don't believe of he's authentic." ought to they respect you and coach you about different religions? NO, they could close you up and drag you to church until eventually you stopped asking questions.

Atheism isn't a faith or a religion, first of all. And besides, I am COMPLETELY happy and fulfilled and content with God in my life, mind and soul. Why would I want to stop believing in my Creator? Why would I want to abandon my Creator? Why would I want to turn my back on my Creator? The one that created me and the one that can give me eternal life? That makes no sense to me! Having no faith in a higher power seems senseless to me. To think that we are here by pure chance from something that just happened by chance in the vastness of space and that our earliest ancestors are one-celled sea amoebas is strange to me. I, like billions of people before me and like millions of people now, feel that there is a much higher spirit, a higher power, God/YHVH/Allah, something that made all this happen seems more reasonable to me.

Well one can have faith in 'strong atheism' and I guess that would make it harder for that person to be indoctrinated.
