For either one: 120 lbs would be fine. A range from 110lbs. up to about 135 lbs sounds right to me. Depends on shape, muscle tone, bone structure etc. What the person is happy with...

5'4" 114-127 lbs 124-138 lbs 134-151 lbs

I recommend you lose about 8-10 pounds. yet see you later as you do not seem flabby and obese then i wager you need to be nice. :-) merely try understanding and toning your hands legs and abdomen. :-)
