Other meats are deep fried, it just depends on the region or culture. Chicken fried steak is a classic southern dish. Here in Miami they deep fry chunks of pork that have been boiled in chicken broth.

Honestly, almost everything can get deep fried. It's just a matter of which part of the country you're in.

Midwest has pork tenderloin sandwiches, which are breaded and deep fried.
Tempura duck is also popular in higher end Asian restaurants.
Also, cooked burgers can be beer battered and deep fried for a delicious heart attack on a bun.

Mostly, it has to do with the amount of fat and how its distributed within the protein. Besides, when you deep fry meats, they cook thoroughly, and well-done beef isn't most people's preference.
