We have a word in English for "of Islam". It's "muslim". And the Latin for that varies - though it's a late word, as Islam came into existence after the traditional date for the fall of the Western Empire - but Smith's English-Latin Dictionary gives the terms "mahumetanus", "mahometanus", and "muhammedanus". Islam, being an Arabic word, wasn't used, and the Christian Latin-speakers were all too familiar with using the name of a religion's founder as the name for the religion (a la "christianus"). Anyway, it's probably the best English to Latin dictionary available, and that's what it gives. Accordingly, the word given for "Islam" is "religio mahumetana".

It depends on the context.
By assuming is genitive case then Latin is "Islamismi"
For example "the religion of Islam" is "Islamismi religio"
