There is a Church declaration about martyrs of the Church being saints. They may have been included there, but I did not find any entry in the website I checked that Origen and Tertullian were saints.

As great a thinker, and as original, as Origin was he is not canonized. He was made anathema in 553, so most of his writings are lost, and those that do survive may well have been tampered with. He is still considered a "Father" of the church.

Tertullian was perhaps the first great Latin theologian. For example, it was Tertullian that introduced the term "Trinity" to the western church. At the end of his life he join the Montanist movement was thus was denied canonization.
