milk USED to be as stated above by all the users... now, however, milk is 40 times thinner than it was a few generations earlier. it also contains antibiotics that are injected into the cow, and may contain the cow's feces or blood... and pasteurized means that all bacteria, GOOD AND BAD, are killed in the milk, making milk just a drink... nothing good for you...

Cow's milk is by nature designed to turn a 100 pound calf into a 2,000+ adult cow. Drink up!

Every animal in nature weens it's young from milk and never again drinks milk, EVERY animal that is except humans.

I was acquainted with a person that worked in a dairy, but refused to consume ANY dairy products, I often wondered what he knew that I didn't!

Got milk????

It has lots of calcium which strengthen you teeth and nails (you don't want to get osteoporosis). It also makes your nails stronger. I have even noticed it helping my teeth stay whiter.
