I am 13 yrs old and overweight... I was wondering if there was a certain workout I could do without buying any equipment, ect. and if so, how many re-peats (ex. sit-ups - 50 - every other day) Its not that Im embarassed but I would like to lose about 20 lbs. I am very commited! But the problem is, I <3 ICE CREAM! Its like I can't say NO! I LOOOOOOVVVVVEEE FOOD! Help?!?!?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Take it slowly
Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
