I havent had junk food in 3 months. What should I eat on my cheat day, a BK meal or lots of Skittles,Starburst, Chips Ahoy =D? *and of course not gain much weight*

I would suggest eating some Chips Ahoy if they are the whole grain ones or you could do the BK meal, as you will be able to obtain other nutrients from it (such as protein from the meat etc)

I would STRONGLY advise not eating ANY of the foods you listed, but if you must just watch your portions. Its ok to cheat every now and then, but you need to remember it isn't just what you eat, but HOW MUCH of it you eat.

Candy/cookies are considered junk food.
On your cheat day, it's ok to cheat a little...but, it sounds like you want to cheat a lot. I'd probably stay away from the BK meal and eat a LITTLE bit of candy...or have 1 cookie. It's your cheat day, but you still need to remember portion control.

Candy and cookies are JUNK FOOD!!

Don't go overboard and fall of the wagon completely - a cheat day would undo all your good work and probably leave you feeling pretty yuk afterwards. Try and limit it to a cheat meal!

just get rid of the 'cheatday'.its all in your head anyway.or try this on that day go 2 a local deli and get a nice club sandwitch
try more than 1 delis/club of your choice of course.i found one called Nelsons Cheese Deli.very yummy lots of sprouts and stoneground mustard.the sandwitch i love is called

go with the bk meal...at least you will get some protein instead of just straight sugar
