Try to excercise more. It depends on your age, it could be a growth spurt or something. If it continues, talk to you doctor.

write a journal over a few days next week. log everything you eat, amounts etc, what time of day it is, how you are feeling at the time you eat it..ie tired, stressed, angry....then look at the log and you will start to see patterns, like ok i really snack more at 10:30 in the morning when the phone is ringing off the hook, the baby threw my watch in the toilet and the dog just peed on the rug.... then you can change those patterns, when it gets stressful close your eyes and take a few deep breaths and get out of an area where there is food.

I lost 60 pounds over a year ago by eating bee pollen and royal jelly combined. If you take the bee pollen and sprinkle it in yogurt, or over cereal or just eat it plain you will start to see the weight just melt off, the royal jelly you take every morning to balance your blood sugar and curb your appetite. Go to beeroyalproducts.com its the best

Something that helps me is gum. It stays in your mouth and has a taste, so you aren't yearning for something in your mouth. It can keep off hunger in between meals (the hardest for me is in between lunch and dinner), and the aftertaste of gum is usually so strong it's terrible to eat when you take it out!
