depending on how sensitive your skin is, you could try using powders (gold bond etc.). i use an acne body wash in the summer too keep down the oil.

To prevent the heat rash use baby powder with corn starch. You can buy it in the store in the baby section where the powders are sold. The corn starch really helps with heat rash. If you get the rash use some hydro-cortisone to prevent it from swelling and spreading. Good luck

Cornstarch will help keep you dry and that will prevent heat rash just like a baby. They actually have baby powder corn starch! Try it!

Try to wear light weight clothing. . .cottons help, and try putting a powder on to help
