I think Alina is a pretty name and it does sound Russian to me. A couple of women's names in Russian use "Lina" for a nickname, so Alina fits right in.

Natalya Aurora, Natalya Fiona, Natalya Cierra? I do love Natalya! Nadja Sonia or Nadja Angela? Anastasia Elaina, Anastasia Tanya? I like Anastasia, as well. Ekaterina is beautiful, too! To be honest, the only name on this wonderful list that I don't thoroughly enjoy is Oksana. My name is russian and my parents were going to name me that, but my aunt talked my mom out of it last minute, convincing her that people would call me "Ox", which would be awkward if I'd ended up being a bulkier girl. I do absolutely love everything else though, you have delightful taste! Good luck! :)

Irina is a Russian girl's name; I could see how people would think Alina might be too.

I know a couple of girls named Alina who are Russian, though it's obviously not exclusively so. My name is (as you can see) Alona, and it is a Russian derivative of Yelena- so it's not far off.
