I have this huge pimple on my face, but it's not like any old pimple, it's actually growing in, instead of poping out like most do so you can bust them. anyway, this inverted pimple is very large, and hurts like a mofo, and i can't bust it because it way under my skin, it almost seems like a boil growing on my face. Does anyone know any natural remedies or something that i use to get this sucker to surface so i can get rid of it? Thanks a lot for reading my disgusting question, and i really appreciate those of you who give helpful answers.

OK... i have one grosser! i got one of those on my but once! ouch!
anyways what worked for me was applying a warm (wet) tea bag to the offender. it worked quite well for me. since it is on your face, you might want to make sure the tea isn't going to stain your face! you could also try a hot face cloth. epsom salts also help draw out infection... use 1 teaspoon in a cup of hot water, then soak the face cloth in it. the hotter you can make it, the better, but don't burn yourself!!
Lots of luck!

k my remidy may not be the best but If that was my case I would sterilize a needle and the pimple and stick it in the center of it as far as it will let me and then put a lot of pressure on the outer rims of it to push whatever is in it out the whole you just made. Also if you iceit the pain and the redness should go down. I had a "boil" on my arm the other day and I sliced right down the center of it and it bled like a mofo but it basically gone now. I wouldn't suggest slicing on your face but the needle should help. Its not the most traditional way but what ever. Hope what ever you do it helps, i know what your going through, I have acne problmes so!

Papules: Papules are inflamed, red, tender bumps with no head. Do not squeeze a papule. It will do no good, and may exacerbate scarring.
Nodules: Are large, hard bumps under the skin's surface. Scarring is common. Absolutely do not attempt to squeeze such a lesion. You may cause severe trauma to the skin and the lesion may last for months longer than it normally would. Dermatologists often have ways of lessening swelling and preventing scarring.
Cysts: An acne cyst can appear similar to a nodule, but is pus-filled, and has been described as having a diameter of 5mm or more across. They can be painful. Again, scarring is common with cystic acne. Squeezing an acne cyst may cause a deeper infection and more painful inflammation which will last much longer than if you had left it alone. Dermatologists often have ways of lessening swelling and preventing scarring.
Try some Alpha hydroxy acid. Before trying it on your Zit, spot test a patch below your ear, for 2-4 days. If your skin tolerates it well, try putting it directly on zits before applying some benzoyl peroxide . Be generous and apply them gently. You'll want to wait a few minutes after applying alpha hydroxy for it to dry, before applying the benzoyl peroxide.

you may need to call a tow truck ! (put a hot rag on it. keep it on it. this helps draw it out. If it was me I'd take a sterilized needle and try to poke the needle to the boil. If you can get to it , it will make a passage to come out...and you will feel much better. It may take a couple of days. Squeezing helps, just don't tear up your skin.) .

DO NOT try to pop it, it could cause an infection under your skin.....I had an inverted pimple once, and my son hit me in the head with a toy, popped it, and BAM I looked like something off Star Trek......
It was horrible!
try tea tree oil, btw!
Good Luck

sounds like cystic acne. painful as all hell aren't they? i got it when i was a teen. i used hot compresses, as hot as i could stand, to bring it to a head. you can also try boil ease. that's the name of it. it's gross and tarry looking but it helps bring it out. use it at night. you won't want to wear it at school. you can buy it over the counter at any pharmacy or drug store. hope this helps. take care.
