Kimba always acts like he likes me.calls me comes to see me, talks good about me, but when its time to really make something is acts as if its a joke

Tell him you don't believe it's a joke and ask him what he's afraid of. Assure him that whatever it is, you WON'T think worse of him for admitting it.

Then whatever he says, give him world's gentlest thank-you kiss on the cheek in appreciation for him saying it.
