Does he like me more than a friend?

Question

When we are with other people at work having a group conversation he always looking at me. He let me read a pome about kissing a girl and the touch of her breast. He waits for me outside after work trying to play it off. When his friends are around outside of work he walk right beside me.
When we have a group project at work and we are split up he tell the other man "you can have the Lady" I catch him looking at me. He gives me heads up when he see's other men looking at me.He will say "look hes cheecking you out" Im not ready to ask him out at all . Unless I know him for a year are so down the road.
