Help. You said you have learned to trust no one,Yes open arms leave the Heart unprotected,Sometimes you do all you can, and it isn"t enough,It is enough for God.

What I have Learned is" Someone is always saying Goodbye, "

I learned that as well. Then I un-learned it. Living your life fearful of what's around the corner or in someone else's thoughts about you isn't what the Universe wants for you.

Think about what kind of person you've become because of your experiences and then what kind of person you'd be if you grew up with none of those. You could be a completely different person, you probably know the type, and you wouldn't like it. You might have some wisdom to teach to others now. You might be receiving hints at things in your life to be thankful for.

Sometimes bad things happen to good people for the greater good. It's not always what happens to you, but how you react to it and what you do with it. This will take some time, but nothing's in vain unless you ignore the opportunity.

Let those people that hurt you wallow in their own misery and learn to pity them if you can't forgive them. It's not for them, it's for you.

Life and the world have taught me:

- Never trust anyone.
- Mankind are a bunch of "rats" ... a wretched cesspool of self conseited, ignorant, scavengers who live to 'chew the flesh off one another'; and have no sense of reality that God is real.

- Life evolves around money.(the more you get, the more you want...and there's never enough of it)

Gee, I sound pretty cynical, don't I?

oh and one other thing: God is awesome. We're not worthy to be made in his image; and while we were still sinners he sent HIS ONLY SON to die, so we wouldn't have to ----

yet being the bunch of rats we are, we refuse to accept this awesome gift of God.

How's that for an overstated Easter Message? lol

Happy Easter.
Jesus Loves You.
God bless.

I've learned that all people will have many hurts and pain in their lives, it just a matter of time when it will happen.

For me, I was living life, it was easy. Then you hit a certain age and WHAMMM death hits you, illness of people you love hit you then again and again and again.
But if I had known God when this all started (around age 35) my life would have been much better. Without him I'd be a bitter, mean person. I found out the old people who are bitter and mean had many hurts without God.

My life and this world has taught me to always be grateful. Really...There is always something to be grateful for. ALWAYS. I've learned to find meaning in pain. There is always meaning. ALWAYS. I seek to understand. I do try. These are the positives I choose to focus on. I can get all wrapped up on how shallow, greedy, hateful, spiteful, mean, envious, and selfish people can be....but if I do get all wrapped up in that mess, I may lose my essence in the process. Protect the light in you. "I have sent you out as sheep among wolves. You must be as wise as serpents, and as innocent as doves."Matthew 10:16-23
Learn to discern good from evil, so you can make the decisions that surround you with peace and happiness. It is never guaranteed, but I do believe learning is why we are here....great question....

In my 51 years I have learned that pride
and arrogance
go hand and hand and that most Christians
are far to judgmental and condemning

There will always be hate in this world and racial
tensions as well because people
do not want to get along and I blame this
on most Christians who stir up anger and hatred
in our society
No this world we will never ever get along with each other

Be grateful for all the help you can get from others but don't be dependent on anyone because if they turn their backs on you then you will be hanging in no man's land!

I love to give you the pearls if you can first send me a check with your SS# and bank information! :)

I have learned to respect life, and live fully, give respect when it is due, and do not give out your love and pearls to anyone who is not worthy. Love and cherish friends and family, and if anyone kicks you when you're down, smile, but don't forget and when everyone has forgotten how they treated you, go for the jugguler, revenge is OKay

Life is wonderful, but life can be terrible.
There are some things marvelously right,
but there are some things terribly wrong.
You better get it right before you leave,
because there are no guarantees of a second chance.
My father told me as a young boy:
"Just remember, in the end, it's just you and God."

You're just the opposite of me.

People in this forum who know me are aware that I've led a very difficult life. Yet it hasn't clouded my philosophy (however in error I may be) that all people are inherently good. I don't know why that is.

I trust everyone until given a reason not to.
