Do you mean safe as in the various temp. levels needed for cooking meats? I have eaten canned cream corn cold served directly from the can. Never thought they need to be heated to a certain temperature for safety.

It's allready cooked it can be eaten right out of the can.
For something different take 2 cans of creamed corn put in a 1 quart casserole dish, crush one sleeve of crackers and add it in then put in two beaten eggs and mix well. Put some black pepper on the top and put it in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until the knife comes out clean.
Yummy corn pudding!

I heat on a low flame as it stick easy without stirring often & it will stick on low. Melt about a ¼-½ stick of real butter in it! Yum!
