I'm thin. Except for my butt. It's HUGGGGGGEEEE and really bugs me. My thighs are a little bigger than I want them. Anyway to make these areas smaller.
Also: a quick way for nice abs??

i got the same kind of situation. im thin as well, with bigger thighs. im very fit as i play soccer, so first what i can say is diet or getting fit wont help in making your butt smaller. maybe helps a little but not much.
it has to do with the way you walk \ run... your posture. i ve noticed that when i run or walk, i put my shoulders and belly forward. for balance the body puts the mid part (butt area) backwards. over years this makes your butt have the shape it has.
what i do now when i walk and run, i try to push my mid section forward. this makes your belly go inwards and your butt stiffens as well, while your posture becomes more straight. i reckon that if you push on this it will help but it will take time. coz all your mid section muscles have to adjust for your new posture.

well to get some abs in few weeks is not so hard. you just have to do it if possible everyday. just dont overdo it in one day coz ur abs muscles end up sore and u wont be able to exercise them until they relax, which might take few days. sit ups is the first thing to keep in mind, as u can do them anywhere. sets of 20-30 would do, according to how trained your abs are. u can do like 4-6 sets over one whole day, wont do any harm. another very good is exercise bench sit ups. u can do it at home but u need someones help to hold your legs. stay on the edge of your bed, with your legs on the bed being held by some1, and d rest of your body in midair. this exercise uses all abs and chest muscles. d more you can do d quicker your abs start showing. after 2-3 weeks u ll seee results. well all this is if ur a men, but i cant tell from your profile!! if ure a woman do much less situps!!!

I thought that everyone wanted a nice JLO booty! The only way to make them smaller would be to lose a bit of weight through cardio and cutting down a little on calories. This might also tone up your whole body a bit. For abs also try 2 sets of 25 crunches every other day or 2 sets of 45 second planks every other day (you can alternate)

Ab crunches and sit ups are best for abs, about 20 every other night. The only thing you can do for your butt is to lose weight.Are you sure your butt is huge? Women are sometimes too hard on themselves. There is no spot reducing,just plain old diet and exercise. Good luck.
