You really ought to do stomach crunches rather than sit-ups. I've read a lot about it, and stomach crunches are far more effective than situps.

Don't buy creatine, that's only used when your muscles have already reached their full potential. If you want to gain muscle you need to eat high-carb breakfastes and lunches, and plenty of protein. After your workouts you also need PLENTY of carbs+protein. Not so much before bed.

Your muslces ABSOLUTLEY NEED REST. Do your workouts EVERY OTHER DAY and as stupid as it sounds, you DO need to stretch, as this almost doubles your muscle buildings effectiveness. Do each stretch for 30 seconds to ensure proper blood flow (thats the goal)

While your working out you need to breathe effectivley and drink PLENTY OF WATER.

If you follow these guidlines, you will se an increase in two months.
