My hair is driving me crazy. It gets oily at the roots hours after I straighten it, and my scalp itches really badly, and it's like dry and flaky (not a lot of dandruff though)! I think I really need a better shampoo, does anyone have this problem? What shampoo do you use? elaborate please :)

I have had that problem for so long and i have tried everything from salons and expensive stores but nothing worked. Finally i was introduced the the Body Shop, and I can say that they have got the best shampoo in the world. Try their Olive Glossing shampoo or the Tea tree,,these are designed to help balance out the hair's oils and dryness at the same time. I love these shampoos, and i would recommend it to anyone who has hair problems. Other shampoos are chemicals that will damage your hair, but this one is all natural and fragrance free. If you couldn't find the store, try www.thebodyshop.com.
ps. you have to try these shampoos once, you will love it;)

Head & Shoulders Intensive Formula = best shampoo

Use a clarifying shampoo @ least once a week. Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo is the best one.

Use light conditioner on ends only. Pantene makes good conditioners.

Neutrogena T-gel. It's a tar base so it does take some getting used to but it's much better for your scalp then H&S. You shouldn't straighten it all the time, it's too much stress on it.Gel and scrunch, let it dry naturally or with a diffuser.

Herbal Essences makes a style refreshing mist that gets rid of the ol 5 o'clock oil for me. I also have waist length babyfine straight hair. I don't know how I lived without that stuff. I only wash every other day now, except in summer. Then it's everyday again.

Try loreal vive. And don't put conditioner on the top of your head, just the length of your hair.
