"Pancho" is a diminutive of the name "Francisco" (Frank), so as far as having a meaning, I couldn´t find any. For Francisco you can find many meanings (many "origins") ranging from "freed German" to "from France," depending on which website you go to. (I typed in "significado de nombres" and went to several websites.)

Other diminutives of the same name (Francisco) are: Panchito, Paquito and Paco.

So, other than the famous Trìo Los Panchos, the only other meaning I see is, "the Franks," as when there are two or more Frank's being referred to.

note: as for the the garment the above answerers are referring to, I have always known it as "poncho," (which also happens to be the diminutive of the name "Alfonso.")
Hope this helps :-)

Well "Lo Siento" means I'm sorry or I feel it In Spanish you can use Siento when you are sorry about something or when you feel something. For example you can say: “Me siento muy cansada” = Im feeling really tired OR “Siento mucho lo de tu perro” = I’m sorry about your dog
