sometimes it can mean a cold is coming, you have dry heat in your house, allergys, or sinus problems. i would try putting water infront of my heaters or get a humitifier or try Benadryl-D Allergy& Sinus i know that works because it works for me.

No Having A Stuffy Nose Is Not The Same As Having A Cold. A Cold Can Last From Like 3 Days To Like A Week And Stuffy Nose Just Depends On How Congested You Are. Or It Could Be Allergies That Bring Flem To The Nasal Passages.

while you can have a stuffy nose with a cold, it doesn't always mean you have one. you could have allergies or it could be dust in the air. a cold can last a few days to a week. a stuffy nose can come and go. if you wake up each day stuffed up, consider cleaning the mattress. vacuum it and wipe it down then let it dry. dust everything. see if that helps.

Could be allergies or some other type of airborn irritant.
