I believe whole heartedly in God. I want to know why some people don't and others do. I can't understand what makes people dislike or disbelieve in him. Please tell me!

I believe in God because he's God, he made me, and loves me forever. What else is there to say?

I definitely believe in God; with how complex the galaxy, the earth, and humans and animals and plants are, it seems illogical to me to NOT believe that there is a purpose for it all. I think that the people who are so filled with hate and crack jokes about God and try to get a rise out of Christians are the same people who have been scarred in the past by some tragic event (which they blame God for), or they've been bashed by Christians for some reason or another.

I firmly believe in God and I have an idea why some people believe and others don't.
Basically, we all have a soul and a physical being, the soul is our spiritual side and is in touch with God, how in touch we are with our inner selves, determines how we feel about all things spiritual particularly God.
Because we live in a material world, most people are so busy working to pay their bills, they don't have time to catch up with their spiritual side, they become selfish and don't see the pain or suffering of others, and even if they notice think that someone else will take care of it.
Those people who are more sensitive to their surroundings and other peoples feelings are more likely to believe in God.
God both opens and closes peoples hearts to him, when people turn away from him, eventually he lets them go!
When they have a conscience, are caring to others, fear him and try to follow a decent existence, God brings them closer to him.
Therefore, if you believe it is because you are following the straight path, if you don't believe, then your soul is still looking for the path and until such time as it finds it, your belief remains in question.

Hope that helps!

I absolutely believe in God. What I don't believe in is the bastardization of His words for mans own benefit. I don't believe in religion or any of the 1000s of Bibles that are out there. I believe in one God, and that God created man and woman equally. He created us to not pass judgement, unfortunately with people using His words to justify their own behaviour, we are not living up to our end of the bargain.
To be perfectly honest, watch a baby being born, hear a child laugh, feel the sun on your face, hold a new born puppy in your hands and then try to tell me there is no God. I say those are just a few things that prove there is a God.

From your statement, I would question your intelligence because you are automatically inferred that “GOD” is a male just by seeing photos from a Church. Who do you think created those photos?

Believing in God is a primitive human thought that dates all the way back 6,000 years ago. Yet later today, we still believe in God with all the technology and science, but no one can prove its existence, why? For humans it is a reason to justify their logic, beliefs, feelings and its existence on planet earth. It is always easier to believe than to realize there is nothing at all. Belief in God provides strength, motivation and energy. It also satisfies the human mind with peace. If some intelligent designer created humans for their existence then why can no one prove its existence? Simple answer, it doesn’t exist. You can't say something exist if you don't have any evidence.

It’s appalling how every human being tries to justify their existence on God’s behalf. Don’t you think this is a selfish/ignorant thought if God truly existed? It’s also frightening how humans try to convince themselves what and how God thinks. Let’s say, God existed, than do you seriously believe you could truly comprehend God’s thought? Popes, clergies, ministers, and other formal church officials pretend they actually do. This is actually humorous, since I am not too sure who is more unintelligent, the humans that pay for the church officials to keep preaching myths, or the Church officials who rob you blind. I will say this; humans are simple minded and easily manipulated fools.

If only everyone would realize that Earth is nothing more than atom molecule, proton or an electron compared to the whole universe, maybe then you realize that humans are nothing more than a virus searching to multiple themselves for ultimate survival.

I most definitely believe in God. I have seen way to much in life, both good and bad to ever deny that God and Satan both exist. I have been on both sides of the fence, and I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that God's side is far better then Satan's any day.

I'm a Freethinker/Agnostic/Humanist. Agnosticism is the concept that the existence or non excistence of god is unknowable.

Agnosticism (from the Greek a, meaning "without", and Gnosticism or gnosis, meaning knowledge). In modern usage it is generally used to mean unknowable, and is the philosophical view that the truth value of certain claims—particularly theological claims regarding metaphysics, afterlife or the existence of God, god(s), or deities—is unknown or (possibly) inherently unknowable.

Agnostics claim either that it is not possible to have absolute or certain knowledge of God or gods; or, alternatively, that while certainty may be possible, they personally have no knowledge. Agnosticism in both cases involves some form of skepticism.

Demographic research services normally list agnostics in the same category as atheists and non-religious people,[1] although this can be misleading depending on the number of agnostic theists who identify themselves first as agnostics and second as followers of a particular religion.

I had God in my heart since I can remember, since 4years old, perhaps way before that.
I feel Him, I connect and he answers me back, and I felt God presences once intervene to me, and what He said to me.
Who else could it have been that saved my life time after time, more times than cats have life's, and I walked from them all. And many many other reasons, God was always there, even during the bad times.

Yes, I believe in God. The biggest reason for this is the accurate fulfillment of Bible prophecy, although I could list many others.

Yes. We all came from somewhere. As for the scientific theories I ask, where did space come from? Where did the first star come from? These things weren't always here, they came from somewhere. First there was nothing. Nothing makes only nothing, yet God manifested Himself and made everything.
