you would like to emphasize the saying ( what you said)
How do say in English?
for example
I eat pizza.
I do eat pizza.

is it like this or No?
and is there another form to say strongly?
or do you need some adverbs?
please advise in order to announce strongly.

If you say 'I eat pizza' or 'I do eat pizza' it means the same, however the first way is most common. You can emphasize while speaking by saying the verb louder, such as 'I EAT pizza' or 'I DO eat pizza' Hope this helps.
To say more strongly? Maybe 'I like to eat pizza very much' or 'I eat pizza at every opportunity' or 'I eat a lot of pizza'

I really love to use the adverb "definitely"

I definitely eat pizza.

You can say:
I DO eat pizza. (With an emphasis on the 'do').

Or
I really like eating pizza.

Your English is really quite good!

Whatever adjectives, adverbs or explicatives you use...
BE CONSISTANT!

If you use consistant wording, people will soon recognize your speech pattern and say:
"Oh... that phrase is how he says something emphatically!"

I really like pizza, or, I love pizza. They will know you plan to eat it, so you don't need to say it.
