To gain weight you have to eat more calories than you burn. When adding calories, try to stay away from adding too much fat. While you can get fat from eating carbohydrates or protein, your body likes to use carbohydrates as fuel more than fat. To gain muscle, in addition to eating more you have to stimulate your muscles enough through resistance training that while they recover, they'll get bigger and stronger. To get an efficient workout you might want to join a gym if you aren't already a member.

Pair them with legs/biceps, back/triceps, shoulders/pecs, when you workout. Working the bigger muscles causes more GH (growth hormone) to circulate in the bloodstream, and the smaller muscles will benefit from the added GH the arms or chest would not be able to free up on their own.
Working out in the morning when GH is high in the bloodstream also leads to better anabolism (muscle building)

heavy eccentric training with compound exercises will stimulate the most amount of muscle fibers and cause the greatest amount of micro-trauma to skeletal muscle when using loads around 85% of the 1 repetition maximum. so use heavy compound exercises to stimulate the muscles and a hyopcaloric diet will provide the necessary nutrients for growth. a prefer to use macros of 40% protein, 40% carbohydrates and 20% fats for most people on mass gaining type diets. 60% carbohydrates is more carbohydrates than the average person needs even for an ahtlete if they do not have an active job.

work out ...and not just curls..ofcourse that is important for the biceps...but there are several workouts for arms and chest...it is important that you "surprise" your body by doing things that it is not used to...or it will adapt to your workout...
also...and this depends on you..but creatine..AT THE RIGHT AMOUNT..can also help you...BUT you must work out to take this..or it can be bad for you...all red beef also has creatine..so if you don't want to take the supplement...there are other ways..long story short..
