I'm currently working for a corporate company. My manager and my assistant manager like me very much.Unfortunately my regional manager doesn't like me.She thinks I'm charming on the outside but dishonest on the inside which isn't true at all.I have no way to move up the ladder at this particular company with her as the regional manager.Should I quit?

If you quit you will be proving her right about you. Stay the course, work to the best of your ability, give 100% every day and earn her respect and trust. You will eventually move up in the company by earning your respect from doing the job and not stepping on those around you. Remember the toes you step on today may be the ones you have to kiss tomorrow. But, if you truly cannot stay at the job be sure to turn in 2 weeks notice of your intention to find employment elsewhere due to the lack of upward mobility at this company. This phrasing will also look good to a potential employer who will see that you want to succeed in your chosen career. Good luck.

I don't know if you should just quit because you seem to be in a very good position, yet you cant escalate as you said. If you are offered a similar position with another company with the same benfits you should consider it. Also you may just want to talk to your regional manager about the situation and maybe get to know him or her better. You don't have to develop a friendship, but just let him or her know that this is a professional field and that personal feelings should not be put into it. If you are qualified for a better position you should be able to move up. You decide what you want to do, it depends on how you feel. I'm only 17 so you might want to consider that when you read this as well, I haven't had much experience in corporate business, just money :-)

Sleep with her then get her fired for going after an underling. She'll get fired as she is a supervisor and you'll be the hero as you bagged the manager! That's how a slimeball I know moved p the corporate ladder.

You sound like you have some great qualifications. You could start looking on the quiet. You don't want your present employer know your looking. My father a very wise man always told us you don't quit one job until you have another to go to. Good Luck.

You should at least stay there until you fiind a better job. Unemployment is the not best solution. Keep looking for a job while still earning a paycheck.
