I am bringing in some BBQ's to work for a potluck that was supposed to take place a week ago, but is now going to be this week - therefore, the BBQ's I made for last week were vacuum sealed and thrown in the freezer until I needed them. Now this is the problem - how do I reheat them and keep them warm at the potluck? The office where are meeting/potluck is taking place only has a microwave. Our meeting starts at 11am and lunch isn't until 2pm - would a crock pot work?

Crock pot would be a good choice. Heat up slowly, maybe boil in the vacuum seal bag - if the bag will handle the heat.

Yes.Defrost the bbq's the night before so they don't take so long to reheat.
Just be sure you get them in the crockpot early enough so they are heated through to the proper temp.Starting them at 11am would not do.I would put them in on high heat setting as soon as you get to work and check later to see if they can be turned on low setting.

I would say a crock pot would work or reheat it in the
microwave and then place it in the crock pot.

I wouldn't like to eat meat that had been reheated then kept warm for 3 hours.

Try using the microwave.

If that doesn't work try using a oven.

If that doen't work try using one of your friends barbecque.
