Ok, im switching from the army to the coast guard, and im 190-190lbs right now. In order to get in, i have to be at the most 185lbs but just to be safe id like to be 180. I have been taking hydroxycut hardcore and goin to the gym twice a week. I have about 7 weeks left to do it, but just to be on the safe side im giving myself a month. Is there anything i can do?

Eat 4-6 small meals a day and be sure to get in the fruits and veggies! If you're hungry after the gym, have a serving of lean protein..and a fruit if you'd like!
Drink up on the water! It really does help with weight loss.
And, keep being active!!

Remember that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
