So, Mandoo, Do I fill it half way in both of the sheets?

1/4 sheet, which is approximately 9"x13" will serve 20 people with two layers of cake, one layer of mousse/filling.

It really depends on your recipe, but I would say filling halfway with batter will do... can't really provide much more info until i know the yield of the batter.

You'll need to visit a restaurant or bakery supply store to find a single cake pan that will be big enough to serve that many people. Think in terms of serving each person a 2 inch square of cake. You can also use 4 8X8 inch pans and put them together to form a larger square. If you are going to layer the cake, you'll need to keep in mind that you'll either be using the same pan twice, or cutting the baked layers into halves. Good luck!

You could always do the 9 x 13 and 2 layers is good enough. Just use one box of cake mix per pan! I hope that this helps you!
