how can i use dreamscene videos as a backround on windows xp?

ok i got some of the best dreamscene videos on my computer and what kind of software do i have to download to use those vidoes as my full motion backround on xp?

is that even possible?

Not possible, Dreamscene is a feature of Windows Vista, hence you have to have Vista to use it. In fact, it is an Ultimate Extra feature which means you have to have the Ultimate version of Vista to use it.
