I'm not overweight. I'm 5'4 and 111 pounds. But when I get bored, I eat. usually it's just out of habit everytime I come into the kitchen. It's not always junk food since I love fruit and vegetables, but it's still a habit I think I should break. But how? Any tips?

chew gum or drink water.
Put something entertaining in the kitchen that will lure you away from the food like a book.

Ok i have the dame problem usually when I'm bored i go to the computer and then i get craving so i have a bottle of mouth wash on my desk. A small rinse and amazingly my craving are reduced also if you do it the snack you have will have a bad taste b/c of the mouth wash. I use crest alcohol free mini sized bottle.

Even though it is good food, it is still bad for you if you eat too much. You can find some activities to do and not get bored.
I dont know your age, so hard to answer this question.

You are definitely NOT overweight. What makes you think that? If you eat when you are bored, just munch on veggies. They are good for you and little or no calories. Good luck.

find something to do...I suggest doing something physical to replace the habit of eating. Clean the house...wash your car...etc.

i had this same problem. what i did was stop hangin around the kitchen when i was bored. after you successfully do this, drink water more and you won't wanna snack so much
