Do they have the same amount of calories? I don't think the flavored ones taste sweeter than the regular ones. Do they just add the flavorings without sugar?

They should both have the same amount of calories unless the flavored vodka is also sweetened.

Vodka is Vodka and both flavored and unflavored kinds have the same number of calories unless mixed with a substance that has more. They steep, or cure, the vodka with whatever will add the flavor, such as lemons, or cherries, or pears. The steeping process only enhances the flavor but leaves nothing behind to produce extra calories.

i don`t know if this helps but I do know regular rum has less calories than like the spiced rum. I looked this up for the Atkins diet not sure about Vodka but you could try the rum. Try looking up on a Vodka website.

As long as it doesn't have any added sugar it will have the same amount of calories as plain vodka.
