I remember something about the word llama and the fact that a building can't "call itself" anything, so "se llama" doesn't seem right. What do I use instead of se?

You can use "se llama" because that also means "it is called"

So you can say "Se llama el Centro Dundee"

It is correct, you say se llama.

Se llama el Centro Dundee.

lo llamo.that way you call the building and the building does'nt call itself.
