It's a sad thing but the reason is because you do not yet have enough life experience to make good choices yet. Making good choices is how we help ourselves avoid as many 'problems' as possible. The ability to deal with problems as they arise is drawn from and refined by our previous experiences, and since you have fewer of those you have less to draw from.
Give it time.

We never get used to solving problems as we get older they are different but at the age of 18 they feel insurmountable at times. You are in a transition time of your life. Believe it or not your brain is still growing in areas that will help you with the anxiety you feel today. Problems at this time could set the tone for your future and that includes relationships. Money becomes a whopper you probably have to little to go into to many places. Hang in there a few more years and you will be able to priorities. What you have to deal with now will help you in the future.

Every age has its own set of problems. When you were 5 years old, your problems werent the same as an 18 year old. But for your age at 5, your problems were just as problematic as it is at age 18. We shall all have problems, but you must learn to deal with your problems now. As long as you dont try to hide from your problems , you will do ok. Do what you can, and what you can't pray to God for the solutions. I have, and prayer does help.

Maybe it is the attitude that you approach your problems with. If you go through your day looking at all the problems and challenges ahead of you as being too difficult or impossible, or if you take the approach that even having them is unfair. Then you will spend more time worrying and procrastinating about them then you will at solving them.
Don't dwell on the problems that you face just get busy planning what to do about them and do it and don't give the process much more thought then that. Just think about how to get them solved not why you have to do them.
You will have more success and less stress that way. You may even find you save time in the long run.
Cheers.

You have a whole life ahead of you and there will always be problems especially when you think you've been through it all. Some will be harder to deal with than others but you need to have a close friend or relative to turn to for support or just to talk to and that will help you to deal with things.

You never get used to dealing with some problems. And new ones seem to materialize out of nothing. You do eventually get some experience that helps make it easier but give yourself a break. You just starting life. You're not going to have all the experience of life yet.

I got better at dealing with problems when I was 21. They say the brain continues to develope until 25, so I'm sure when I'm 25 things will be easier in some ways too. Problems will always exist but we can learn to handle them more calmly.

You have barely begun to live your life, trust me there are much tougher things ahead. Well, I don't really know what you've been through.
Just trust me, as you get older your perspective changes and you can deal better.
On the other hand, some people just find it hard to deal.

Because it's hard to find good information about the issues. Besides, the problems hurt. That's why they're problems.

Because even though you probably think you are old, you have just begun to gain the experience that will make things easier as you go along. I am ancient and I don't know everything yet. Take heart though. It will all be made apparent to you in time.
