As long as you burn off more calories than you eat you will lose weight. Also I suggest you eat homemade cookies and use Splenda instead of sugar. You jsut saved yourself a lot of calories there.

Have only one serving of one of these items per day! Cheat day on the weekend when you can have whatever you want! It WILL work! Just remember to keep the amount of calories you consume daily to under 1600! ;-D
