If you did, can you tell me what was so special about Jesus' robe. It is something other than it just belonged to him.

I haven't seen the movie, but I have read the book. It was a symbol and had healing powers. Like when the woman crawled through the crowd and touched the hem of Christ's robe and was healed.

I think that it was just because it belonged to Him.

I read the autobiography of the actor (Jay Robinson) who played Caligula in "The Robe". He said that it wasn't good acting that made him act as he did when his character was presented the Robe. He said that, even tho it was only a prop in a movie, when his character was presented with the robe, HE, the actor, (he was not a Christian at the time) was repelled by the robe. Something about an aura of goodness or something.
