I know I do. I waste an entire box of Kleenex.

Nope, never cried because of one.

I was moderately miffed when my level 7 account was deleted, the account I'd been using since I'd discovered Y!A.

But now I know that Yahoo is comprised of a bunch of cruel, heartless, lazy bastards.... so I understand, even though that's not much of a comfort.

Well, I've only had a few and I was really upset. My first one was when I responded to a racist and anti-Islamic "question" and I said the remark was unwarranted and the use of quotes from the Qur'an taken out of context is as useless as quoting the Bible out of context. Then I quoted this verse:

1) If your own full brother, or your son or daughter, or your beloved wife, or you intimate friend, entices you secretly to serve other gods, whom you and your fathers have not known, gods of any other nations, near at hand or far away, from one end of the earth to the other: do not yield to him or listen to him, nor look with pity upon him, to spare or shield him, but kill him. Your hand shall be the first raised to slay him; the rest of the people shall join in with you. You shall stone him to death, because he sought to lead you astray from the Lord, your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, that place of slavery. And all Israel, hearing of this, shall fear and never do such evil as this in your midst. (Deuteronomy 13:7-12 NAB)

I said that while I don't believe Christianity truly advocates killing of non-believers, neither should parts of the Qu'ran be taken out of context.

For this I received a violation (and they took away 10 points even though the page says you lose the 2 points you earned for answering) and the original "question" was never removed (even though it had several complaints). I was really angry about the lack of justice.

Another one I deserved -- well, sort of. I was being a smart-aleck in response to a very poorly written question and I got a violation.

LOL.

Yes, I once filled a lake with my tears...maybe you've heard of it. It's called Crescent Lake and it's in Washington State. Don't ask how it got to be there FAR before I was born, and DEFINITELY don't ask how I managed to fill a lake that's about 7,000 miles from where I'm currently living.

I don't cry, but it is sad when people report a person because they are convicted of the truth, rather than it is because of a violation.

To me, it's kind of a symbol that you "arrived"...I save mine in a special folder of my email account. But honestly, I get them for the dumbest things - none of them have been for any actual violations of Yahoo ToS, it was mainly just people who disagreed with my opinion...

Why should one subdue to the Church, Temple or a Mosque? Have faith in God, He will protect you. Do not bother for these pontiffs by which ever name you call them.

I only got one, but strangly enough, I'm kind of happy....

I was worried no one was reading anything I write....now I know at least one person read it and it pissed them off!
