Do you mean an actual gift, as in birthday gift? If so, that is a very weird gift. If you mean someone just handing you or offering you some Kleenex it means that the other person thinks that you need it.

Yes, it may mean something unless the person works in a Kleenex factory and gave you a lot.

It may be a joke for newly wed or for somebody who needs to use Kleenex more often.

Depends on how old you are. I went to a luncheon at my church and I played Bingo with a bunch of seniors. Guess what I won-Kleenex with lotion-which they all thought was great. I guess at their age, necessities are more valuable than just stuff.

Depends on why they gave you the gift. If you get it for a house warming then its tradition. Or you may bave received it because the anniversary called for a paper gift....
If not then maybe you sneeze alot..lol
