Speaking from a dad's point of view, NO you should not move anywhere. at least not until the daughter is 18. Then she is of her own age and do as she wishes.

You slept with him and had a kid now you have to wait. He can always get a court order not to have the kid move.

If he is abusive then ask a judge to be able to move. If not you cannot just move to suit your needs. He is still the DAD.

make a list of all the reasons to go and reasons to stay. be honest and take a good long look at them. Consider that you can decide to leave for a year and move back if it's not working. maybe you're daughter stays with dad while you get settled?

start with the list and don't make any rush decisions. good luck.

It is his child too and he has rights. You cant just take her away if he has visitation and pays support. He can get a court order to stop you.
