Swedish Meatballs...
All you need is hamburger, onion, bread, milk beef boullion, some seasonings (season salt, garlic powder, parsley, italian seasonings, mrs. dash... any of them work well) and flour
Place hamburger in bowl. Saute onions and add to meat. Soak the bread in milk and add to meatand onions. Add whatever seasonings you want and mix well.
Make into balls and cook in a skillet.
In a separate pan, boil 4-5 cups of water and add boullion. Once the meatballs are done, remove from pan. Add 1/4-1/2 cup of flour to the meat drippings. Stir well.
Then add the boullion. Stir with a whisk until thickened and then add meatballs.(if it is too thick, add 1/2 cup more of boullion until thinned)
Simmer for 15 minutes and that is it.
Serve over rice or noodles.

I haven't decided what to make for tonight but i recommend this great website that I use at least once a week. They have everything you can think of and differant styles on how to make the recipes. You can even change the amount of people you are serving and it will change the measurements for you. You can become a member if you want and save stuff that you can try later.

I wish I was cooking beef stroganoff. If I remember correctly you only need beef strips, a powder mix for the sauce, some sour cream, milk, & butter (also for the sauce) and some brocolli. Really quick - really delicious. I've been craving it for a week.

Last night we had baked parmesan chicken breast with penne la vodka. The night before we had garlic Tilapia and white sticky rice. Tonight we're having beef stragonoff. Tomorrow I think we're going to have teriyaki chicken with fried rice.
